Please be advised Whiddon Grafton is experiencing a COVID-19 Outbreak, all affected are in a stable condition, receiving antiviral treatments and are being monitored closely.
At this stage, visitations continue with screening in place and please note the conditions of entry:
- Visitors must sign in, complete a negative RAT test and wear an N95 mask, unless going to see a particular resident or area of concern please wear full PPE, this will be provided.
- Visits must take place in the resident’s room or an outside, well-ventilated area, only.
- Please refrain from visiting loved ones if symptomatic or if contact has been made with someone who has tested positive.
