Care Management

At Whiddon, we have a minimum amount of Care Management that each Home Care Package client requires per month. For example, a Level 1 requires 1 hour a month, a Level 2, 2 hours a month, a Level 3, 3 hours per month and a Level 4, 4 hours per month.

Chat, Stories & Tea Memory Program

Chat, Stories & Tea is an exclusive Whiddon program to support healthy memories. Proven to delay memory loss, this program runs for a minimum of 8 weeks at a time.

Art and Creative Activities

Access art, dance, music and other creative activities through a nearby Whiddon aged care home.

Your cost is calculated from the total price of selected services and funds available from the government-subsidized Home Care Package. If you are eligible for Home Care Package, your out of pocket expenses will equal your costs minus amount subsidized by the government. You can add or remove services to suit your budget.

Whether it’s regular transport into town so you can do the grocery shopping, accompanied transport to help you stay connected, or support with technology to use stay in touch via email and Skype, we’ve got the services to help you stay in the loop. Like all of our plans, you can add or remove services you want and change the amount and frequency to suit you.
